All my modules require users to be registered to add listings or to reply to a listing.
There are parts that NEED a user ID. to work properly.

All reputable websites DO NOT allow anonymous users to add anything, even on the
Xoops site you need to be registered, there are many reasons for this.

You may be able to hack the module to work with non registered users, it will probably not be easy, and I do not support this. I'm sorry but thats the way it is.

Hello John! It's been a while! Congratulations on your recent RC2 release :)

How do I stop Classifieds from updating the date when an ad is being edited by admin? Thanks!

c0ntrite,

In the new version go to about line 527 and find this line:

echo "<input type="hidden" name="date" value="$time">";

change it to:

echo "<input type="hidden" name="date" value="$date2">";

That should do it.

Sorry about that. Maybe just this,
Go to admin/index.php about line 563 and remove this from the line:

date='$date',

I think that will do it.

Let me know.

I just tested this by just removing the date=$date, from the index page and I get the results you are looking for. Updated but not changed in the latest listings.

date='$date',

I changed it from: date='$now',

:D my fault sorry. will try again, will let you know if it works with the old version :)

Are you able to add new listings?

Are you modifying a listing or approving a listing?
