The only reason it is there is because you did the changes from this thread to your site already.

You wrote this:

Any idea?

I guess it did work, you were just looking for something else.

Hope that clears things up.

Sorry...,

I thought it was about how to show a link on my account page.
I think that a link to my resume on the view account page is better because this way, if I (for example) want to show to any -registered user- my CV / Resume, it will be easier, even for me.

Anyway, a link to my resume already exists and I can see it, if I login and go to Resumes page (top left).

Please, correct me if I'm wrong.

Themis

PS: A link to my resume at the "Extra Info" field would be nice and easy to implement - I believe.

This is for putting a link to your resume on the resume index page.

I don't know what you have done, so I don't know how to help you.
I have done it with the directions above.

Seems I forgot something.
Before the lines I gave you add these lines.

$xoopsTpl->assign('your_listings', _JOBS_YOUR_RESUME );
if ($xoopsUser) {
$member_usid = $xoopsUser->getVar("uid", "E");

And add the '}' back if you removed one of them.

I think this is what you want.

Go to the file index2.php around lines 73 to 75 look for these lines:

$xoopsTpl->assign('employers', _JOBS_EMPLOYERS );

$xoopsTpl->assign('is_resume', '1');

right between those lines add these lines:

$your_res=$xoopsDB->query("select lid,title,usid FROM ".$xoopsDB->prefix("jobs_resume")." WHERE usid =".mysql_real_escape_string($member_usid)." and valid='Yes'");
while($myrow = $xoopsDB->fetchArray($your_res)) {
$a_res = array();
$istheirs = "";
if ($myrow['usid'] == $member_usid) {
$istheirs = true;
$xoopsTpl->assign('istheirs', $istheirs);
}
$a_res['title'] = $myrow['title'];
$a_res['lid'] = $myrow['lid'];
$a_res['your_resume'] = "index2.php?pa=viewResume&lid=";
$xoopsTpl->append('your_resumes', $a_res);
}
}

Save that file.
Then go to the file jobs/templates/jobs_index2.html around lines 28 to 34 look for these lines:

<tr>

<td class="odd" align="right"><{$back_to_jobs}></td>
</tr><tr>
<td class="odd" align="center"><{$intro_resume}></td>
</tr>
</table>

replace those lines with these lines:

<{if $istheirs}><tr><td class="odd"><b><{$your_listings}></b><br />

<{foreach item=res from=$your_resumes}>
<a href="<{$res.your_resume}><{$res.lid}>"><{$res.title}></a><br /><{/foreach}></td><{/if}>

<td class="odd" align="right"><{$back_to_jobs}></td>
</tr></table>
<table border="1" class="even" width="80%" align="center">
<tr>
<td class="odd" align="center"><{$intro_resume}></td>
</tr>
</table>

Save that file.
Now go to jobs/language/english/main.php and towards the bottom add this line:

define("_JOBS_YOUR_RESUME","Your Resume");

Save that file.
You may need to Update the module in the modules admin before you can see the changes.

That should do it, let me know how you make out.
